Libair is a planet in Isaac Asimov's Empire series.

Libair is a planet noted for the deep brown skin pigmentation of its native population and is a member world of the Trantorian Empire.

Libair is the homeworld of Dr. Selim Junz of the Interstellar Spatio-analytic Bureau. It is characterized as one of the extreme ends of human skin color variation in the Galaxy, much like Florina is for pale skin, a fact that Junz himself felt created a bond between the two worlds. Libairian myths and legends speak of an ancient past involving warfare between peoples of different skin colors, and the planet's founding is attributed to a group of dark-skinned people fleeing from defeat. The planet is under the political dominion of Trantor.
