Skystrip Two is a Proctor of the Mycogenian Sacratorium on Trantor. A high-ranking and authoritative official, Skystrip Two is identified by his elaborately embroidered white kirtle and a distinctive, shining red sash, or "obiah," denoting his status. He is a stern enforcer of Mycogenian law and custom.
He first encountered Hari Seldon and Dors Venabili in the park surrounding the Sacratorium, immediately confronting them as outsiders. He questioned their presence with cold formality, demanding to know their names, homeworlds, and the authority under which they were in Mycogen. He expressed deep suspicion of their interest in the Sacratorium and issued a direct and threatening order for them to leave the sector immediately for their own safety, warning that the Mycogenian populace could easily turn into a violent mob if they perceived an "invasion." His confrontation was a key moment that highlighted the extreme isolationism and xenophobia of Mycogenian culture, though he ultimately allowed them to depart under his warning rather than raising an alarm.
