The Williamsburg Sector is a designated district within the enclosed New York City. This Sector is noted as the location of a second public disturbance following the incident in the Bronx. It is also the site of the Williamsburg Power Plant. The Sector's power facility became a point of interest in the police investigation into the deactivation of R. Sammy, as the alpha-emitter used in the act was traced back to it.
